**Internal Regulations**
The rules to be observed in the B&B Naples Legendary are dictated by mutual respect, common sense, and some are laid down by law.
1. **Responsibility for Damages**
Customers who cause harm to the structure, its equipment, or objects due to misuse, neglect, or lack of care will be charged for repairs, replacements, and cleaning. Any theft will be dealt with according to law.
2. **Check-in Procedure**
As a small family-run B&B, there is no 24-hour reception service. Guests must communicate their arrival time by phone or email to the manager at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in long waits. Room delivery is scheduled from 14:00 to 18:00, unless otherwise arranged.
3. **Identification**
Upon arrival, guests must present valid identity documents (passport or ID card) as required by law. Failure to comply will result in immediate expulsion from the B&B. Guest data is treated according to privacy laws.
4. **Keys and Access**
Guests will receive keys to the structure and can come and go as they please.
5. **Check-out Procedure**
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If the room is not vacated by 11:00 am, an additional day’s stay will be charged. Guests can leave their luggage for later collection, subject to availability.
6. **Liability**
The B&B is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ property left in the rooms, nor for any personal injury or damage to others.
7. **Smoking Policy**
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and bedrooms to protect non-smokers and prevent fire hazards.
8. **Visitors**
It is forbidden to receive visitors or have more guests than those registered.
9. **Breakfast**
Breakfast is available from 8:00 to 9:30 am. Guests should notify any allergies or special needs upon booking. Specific requests for breakfast products can be made by 17:30 the day before.
10. **Kitchen Use**
Use of the kitchen is not allowed without prior agreement.
11. **Cleaning**
Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels to be washed should be left on the sink. Sheets are changed every 5 days or upon request.
12. **Sanitation and Energy Conservation**
Proper sanitation is expected; do not dispose of objects in the toilet. Turn off lights and air conditioners when leaving the room. Close windows when heating or air conditioning is in use and maintain a reasonable temperature.
13. **Silence Hours**
Respect silence from 22:00 to 08:00 and 14:00 to 16:00. Always maintain behavior that does not disturb others.
14. **Pets**
Pets are not allowed inside the B&B.
15. **Lost Keys**
Guests must pay for lost keys.
16. **Deposit and Payment**
Deposits are held until check-out or later to check for damages. The balance must be paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer before arrival. Early departures do not entitle a refund.
17. **Cancellation Policy**
Cancellations or modifications up to 30 days before arrival incur no fee. Later cancellations or changes will result in the deposit being kept.
